We are a small business and cannot offer refunds, but are more than happy to send a replacement product if there is a defect with your item.
We are sorry but we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for custom orders. We often order fabrics in for a specific order and are unable to resell. We are happy to answer any and all of your questions before you place your order to make sure you are getting exactly what you need!
